Remarks not saved when creating record set from WB data set

Describe the bug If you add remarks when creating a record set from a workbench data set, the remarks are not actually saved when you visit the record set.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the Workbench
2. Select an existing data set or upload a new one
3. Click 'Results'
4. Click 'Create Record Set'
5. Add text to Remarks and save
6. Click on the pencil icon next to the name of the record set
7. See that the Remarks field is empty

Expected behavior The remarks should be saved and visible when viewing the record set.
