Form Meta Menu stays open between forms

Describe the bug When opening the form meta menu in one form if you switch to a different form the form meta stays open but switches the table to whatever form you're currently on

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any data entry or interactions form (e.g. collection object form)
2. Open form meta
3. Select a different form to open (e.g collecting event)
4. See the form meta stays open

Expected behavior The form meta menu should close when you click out of it just like how other dialogs in specify will close when you click out of them (e.g if you click on an attachment button and then try to go to a different form). We should keep the dialogs consistent

@maxpatiiuk I believe this is technically the expected behavior but there's no real use case for it that I can think of.

makes sense. I could see this behavior being unexpected, but if it is not causing issues, I would leave it be to keep the code simpler not a big deal either way though
