Infinite saving dialog when saving WorkBench data sets

Describe the bug Paul Larson from FWRI has reported an issue where, when trying to save changes to a data set, the "Saving" dialog appears infinitely without actually saving the changes. I encountered this on fwri_1_9_24 on the test panel while testing #4929 but have not been able to recreate it with another data set.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://fwri1924-v7962.test.specifysystems.org/specify/workbench/449/
2. Make a change and click Save
3. See that the "Saving" dialog does not close and the changes are not saved

Expected behavior The changes should be saved, and the dialog should close.
