Multiple issues creating heatmaps, geojson output.

To Reproduce

Execute tools create_point_heatmap, create_site_heatmap, convert_lmm_to_geojson

Expected behavior

Outputs should create raster or vector images with the correct extent and content

Ugh, never been tested
