We will need to package all of the outputs for each taxa. The ultimate goal is to create an overall package for an archive or something to give back to the user.
This script should take a number of files and probably a directory where everything should be stored so that we can create a hierarchy matching the taxonomy.
We probably need to include an argument so that we do or do not unzip files to be packaged. As we go up the taxonomy we will package lower level taxa packages. We will most likely want to unzip those packages and compress the entire package. I am not sure if we will want to unzip maxent outputs or not.
