fixes #7 seems to work fine even with a server instance running on localhost:

Gzip is something that's too good not to have: A standard rhino sphere w/h radius of 5: ±45k bytes non gzipped vs 10k bytes gzipped. That makes for a 1:5 ratio, and it only gets better the bigger the request.
