SpeckleObject doesn't have Duplicate() #103

Expected Behaviour

SpeckleObject should have a Duplicate() method.

Actual Behaviour

It doesn't.

Reproduction Steps & System Config (win, osx, web, etc.)

Try to use SpeckleObject.Duplicate()

Proposed Solution (if any)

Implement Duplicate() for SpeckleObjects.
