Api upgrade

Quite a few changes (this would mark the bump to 1.0.0-beta api compatibility) :

• api methods have been cleaned up and new ones added for projects, comments
• new base objects: blocks and placeholders
• base objects types are now an enum
• no more idiotic payloads
• ... and more
