Added new component Get Mesh Texture Coordinates.

It encodes Texture Coordinates of a mesh as either a Speckle-style human-readable string (list of numbers) or a base64 encoded string.
Added SpeckleGrasshopper.Contrib namespace
Added Contrib tab in GH components for more contribution components
