GH Clients mark stream as deleted on file close #236

When closing a grasshopper definition containing a sender, there's an api call that flags that stream as being deleted. Don't ask me how that happened 😊

Behaviour is replicated in:

file close
component cut (Ctrl+X)

Seems ok:

file close
component copy (Ctrl+C)
