fix(version): correctly displays version from git tag if possible #171

adds a env var for jn number masks
fixes version number (tries to get it from the current git tag)

Am I right in understanding that if no JNMASK is specified, it will default to ######-##? I think the default should be no mask, or a mask that allows any format. Thoughts?
