I have tried running this several times in my FreeBSD powered jailed and failed with the same comment as in the title:

cannot create /usr/share/transmission/web/style/transmission/common.css: No such file or directory

Update: I fixed the write permissions. And successfully downloaded it.

Now it says: /usr/share/transmission/web/style/transmission/common.css: No such
