Describe the issue you are trying to resolve

• Address missing quotation image on Testimonials
• Address Tailwind Components carousel indicators having incorrect colors and not corresponding to the right slide

Describe the changes you've made to resolve the issue

• Fixed broken filepath for upQuotation (image should now show up within the Testimonials)
• Straightened out the carousel indicators so that the highlighted buttons are green, are opaque when active, and reflect the corresponding slide
• Variable-ized class names for DRY-er code
• Addressed minor typo
