Fixes

• [ ] The Testimonials carousel doesn't transition smoothly, see attached picture of the transition
• [ ] The Testimonial boxes should all be the same size. I think they might be but because of the weird transition it appears big then resizes.
• [ ] Add forward/back arrows next to the indicators, back arrow should only appear starting from second card
• [ ] Remove profile pictures and quotation images
