Mobile Figma Frame

Update

[ ] The hero image should change to the overlay version for Mobile only. See below image

I am not sure if you want me to export the whole thing as an image or if it will be styled over the background image. Please reach out to me if you need me to export it.

Per 9/18 meeting, use background image and use CSS styling for the overlay
