I know this GitHub repository may not be maintained anymore but in case there are still underdogs.
I have this character for my Unreal Engine game, some parts of the character will have procedural material inside Unreal so to keep empty slots for the procedural material I put a dummy material on the model inside Blender. But, BakeLab2 doesn't know that material is not supposed to be baked and so it bakes it as well thus interfering with the actual materials I want to bake
