400 response on everything but list and add #625

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. wtSite = Service.Update(wtSite);

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Not an error... - 400 Bad Request

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please drill down through the exception to find the detailed error message 
explaining why your request is invalid. You can also use Fiddler to capture 
your request and response to find the error message.
