XBee init, writeValues #36

Every time the mote boots we set the xbee configuration, but we don't really need to do that:

Use xbeeDM.writeValues() to make the changes persistent so we don't have to setup on boot
Check whether there're variables we could remove from the eeprom, if they're already saved in the xbee module.

Related to this, there're a number of configuration parameters that we could expose.

We already handle the channel and panId, through a collection of predifined configurations. It would be more flexible to define them separately and explicitly.

Channel, should use channel 12 unless there're interferences
PAN id
Node id, is this the same as the mote we have now?

Tuning related:

Network hops, not required but a recommended optimization, defaults to 7
Network delay slots
Mesh network retries
Power level
