Send several frames in one package #48

With 4G and Iridium the frame size is big enough we could/should send several frames at once, in a single package.

First we should check how big a 'standard' frame will be with I2C sesnors, ACC, GPS, Maxbotix and DS-2. Might not even fit two frames in one package.

This concept might make more sense if we implement something as a LIFO queue for 'important' values, batt, acc, air-temp etc.

I've tested this with XBee and 4G. There's a fair chance it works as well with Iridium.
