For a short period, but long enough for the RTC to reset. When the mote is asleep in particular.

jdavid [7:21 PM] with time.txt we will recover the time, if the mote reboots but will it reboot? it should no? if somehow the RTC is reset while asleep (power glitch maybe), if then the registers including alarm registers are reset, but the mote doesn't reboot
