The Remote has this chip, which is not yet supported by RIOT, though there is a stale PR, see https://github.com/RIOT-OS/RIOT/pull/7598

See as well issue https://github.com/RIOT-OS/RIOT/issues/13494 tracking pending radio drivers.

The Remote has as well support for 2.4GHz radio, built in the CC2538 chip. This is supposed to be supported by RIOT (will try), and should be enough for testing.
