Command list addition? #142

Its not really an issue, but i would like to know if its possible to implement 
the MAME command list in mame4droid reloaded. I know its only for mame plus, 
but you already put in a form of a cheat database inside the program, so why 
not the command list.

This is an excellent idea, the command list in MAME Plus is brilliant. I 
remember this was implemented into the PSP CPS/MVS emulators, so it is portable.
