I would like to be able to pick streaming profiles to use #6

when you click on the channel, the intermediate page which generates the m3u will offer you a choice of profiles. in my TVH installation, I only have one., so I haven't really tested whether you can get other profiles working.

this how now been completed. please test and reopen if there's a problem
