Ensure consistent annotations on GOES summary plots #106

According to Vassilis, some older GOES summary plots have an older style of annotation. We should reprocess as required to get consistent annotation styles throughout the available data.

All GOES summary plots have now been reprocessed (2004-2023) and they should all contain the same annotations (XYZ-GSM and MLT).

The GOES summary plots have different panels for different time spans because different data is available during the three GOES "eras": GOES 10-12, GOES 13-15, and GOES 16-18.
