Update references to harrisgeospatial in THEMIS web sites to NV5. #126

Hello Vassilis,

Our company L3Harris Geospatial was acquired by NV5 back in March of this year. Therefore, we’re now NV5 Geospatial. Is it possible to get this page http://themis.ssl.berkeley.edu/software.shtml updated so that the information is correct?
