IDL 9.0 is out, need to check for problems in SPEDAS code and SOC processes #133

NV5 has released IDL 9.0. Since this is a major version update, there is a greater-than-average chance for changes that cause issues with SPEDAS code, SOC processing, or changes in floating point outputs. (And perhaps some long standing problems will have been fixed -- maybe the SOSMAG load routine will work now?)

Waiting for IDL 9 to be installed on the lab servers. Update: it seems to be installed now after the license server upgrade! However, it only runs on Red Hat, and not our Centos servers. (So we should be able to test on cronus.)
