Problem with SPDF virtual functions in SPEDAS executables #158

A user reported a problem using the SPEDAS executables -- I think they were trying to load data from CDAWeb, and got an error message about a virtual functions not being found. Nick has looked into it and was able to reproduce the issue by using the "save/restore GUI document" feature. I'm waiting to hear back from the user to see if that's what they were doing, or if the error came up some other way.
