Add SMART GMAG data #159

It has been requested that SMART GMAG data be added to the stations that we serve from the thmsoc server. SMART data files are kept on google drive. A python program will need to be created to scrub the SMART website to download the files. The files will also need to be converted from ascii files to CDFs.
