The new owners of IDL, NV5, are changing their licensing scheme yet again. We had a failure on the lab's license server, and our admins are now forced to migrate to the new scheme. So the lab-wide licenses for IDL 8.6 and above are currently unavailable. This may affect some THEMIS SOC processing, so we need to keep an eye on it.
