There is a new storage server being rolled out -- it's hosted in a data center on campus rather than at SSL. The admins would like to migrate /home/thmsoc to the new server. They would like the filesystem to be quiet while the old and new servers are being synced. I think there may be a few THEMIS SOC processes that read and/or write files under /home/thmsoc. We should identify those jobs and pause them until the migration can be completed.
