Reprocess THEMIS AE index #84

Cindy and Vassilis noticed that there was recently some divergence between the Kyoto AE and THEMIS pseudo-AE indices. This should be fixed with updates to the GMAG exclusion list, but it may be necessary to reprocess older data and summary plots to resolve other discrepancies that probably exist. Tami at SPDF should probably be notified when we're about to start reprocessing.

AE index (idx) cdfs reprocessed, waiting to set up the summary plot reprocessing.
