There has been a fair amount of discussion about various aspects of THEMIS burst triggering -- the options for trigger inputs, how they are implemented by the mission ops team, how they are evaluated on board, which aspects are present in the telemetry and which need to be inferred from the ICCRs and commanding history.
These should be compiled and organized so that future Tohbans, mission ops team members, scientists, and SOC personnel can refer to them and understand how it all works together.
