Make pyspedas and pytplot (matplotlib branch) available on conda-forge #496

This is a prerequisite (or at least a strong suggestion) for heliocloud.

geopack isn't on conda-forge yet. It looks like all the other pyspedas dependencies (other than pytplot-mpl-temp) are there. I've filed an issue on their repo: https://github.com/tsssss/geopack/issues/17

I have collaborator access to the pytplot project on anaconda.org....still have to figure out how to push the pytplot-mpl-temp branch as a new conda release.

We plan to merge pytplot into pyspedas, so that will be one less dependency to worry about to get pyspedas on conda. geopack is still going to need some work, though,
