Retrieve AUTUMNX missing data (2023-09-15 to 2023-12-20) #732

While AUTUMNX is now downloading data, older missed data still needs to be downloaded. The current automated script doesn't work for those missing files. Need to work with Martin Connors and Emma Spanswick.

Martin C says that negotiations are underway for hosting the rest of the data at Calgary, hope there's a resolution soon!
