New server for Antarctic GMAG data #758

Antarctic (Penguin) ground-based magnetometer data is no longer being downloaded. A new server is in place. Previously data were downloaded by year but now files must be downloaded by day. The download script needs to be changed.

This issue has been resolved and the cronjob reactivated
