Downloading SDO data times out in "Exploring the heliosphere..." notebook #17

Apparently there is a new requirement to register an email address in order to export data from the JSOC. We should prompt for an email address before trying to load the data, and skip these cells if it's left blank.

Huh, it seems to be working now without supplying credentials. But this may be a sign of things to come.
