Remove TinyMCE branding #10

Community request to remove the TinyMCE branding from the editor window because it interferes with typing judge comments. TinyMCE is GPL, so I think already covered by the license in the repo. Maybe in theory should add an attribution line somewhere as well?

If I'm missing something here, just deny the PR and nuke the branch.

It used to be that they only let you remove the branding if you paid for it instead of using the free version but that apparently died. the request is somewhat nitpicky and obnoxious since you can always make the window bigger, but I can't see much reason not to do it anyway.
