Hi! Following up on question #6 .

I can see that this project uses the cn_tn.py-file which specifies these authors:

#   2019.5 Zhiyang Zhou (https://github.com/Joee1995/chn_text_norm.git)
#   2019.9 - 2022 Jiayu DU

Looking at the linked file https://github.com/Joee1995/chn_text_norm.git this repository seems to not be under any specified license. Do you know the author of this file and would you be able to have Joee1995 add a LICENSE to the repo?
