FAF updates: Veterancy application, Factory models #4

Cybran T4 Soulripper received a default +75 regeneration, this needs to be removed. Factory models should be changed to the original with the upcoming rework of Support Factory models.

Support factories should be restricted, so that's not a problem.

The T2 and T3 'HQ' factories use the same models as the Support ones do in normal FAF mode, not to mention there seem to be issues with textures, see the screenshots below: Screenshot_1 Screenshot_18

So the HQ bp needs to be changed to not use the support factories meshes and texture anymore

Name of the issue appended, the Soulripper doesn't require any adjustments, however the old veterancy system needs to be fixed, because Jip's rework of the veterancy system kinda messed that up. Units get their normal FAF regen rates.
