doc: add full license text #408

The SPDX-Tutorial states that you should still include the full legal text of your license, when using SPDX-Identifiers.

I'm trying to keep the number of files as reduced as possible to avoid cluttering the downloadable .tar.gz archive and the git repo once it's cloned on machines, that's why a file with the license boilerplate is not included. Thanks for taking the time to make the suggestion, though!
