Oengus allows schedulers to set a custom name for the setup block text, speedcontrol should adhere to this value if it is set by the oengus end user

As mentioned in the documentation under "Contribution/Development", the dev branch is legacy so will reopen this. It may need that extra line adding from #114 though.
