suggestion: import the participants' pronouns through a horaro field instead of checking the speedruns website. #117

the suggestion I would like to make the speedcontrol can import the pronoun field directly from horaro, it would be easier and faster compared to importing via "disableSpeedrunComLookup = false", as this is not always able to fill this field. I think the reason is that some participants have not set a pronoun to the speedruns site or have an account associated with the site.

I'd love to do this but it's very difficult to come up with a way to have formatting work for it. For single player runs it's fine, just a bit more difficult for more complex setups (for example, races, co-op, or mixes of the two). Maybe something basic could be added for situations like yours.

I'd also recommend using the Oengus support and planning/scheduling marathons via that site in the future if possible, as it has full English pronoun support (although I'm not sure if there's support for non-English pronouns yet, if not that might be a good suggestion for them) and those are imported automatically. Horaro is a bit limited in how much can be added without either lots of options or guess work.
