Make the main timer resumable even after "finishing" #13

So as to avoid the situation where the big red button or tech key is pressed by accident and it's impossible to accurately recover the timer

We need to implement livesplit-core a bit better and hopefully this will come with it.

This has been done in the upcoming v2 rewrite.
