Add ability to add custom data to players #52

Just like the custom data on the overall run, allow people to add data to each player as well.

Started work on this, you can specify the required data in the configuration file and add it via the add/edit run dialog. Still needs documentation for the configuration/run data changes, and ability to import from schedules.

Have added some documentation, not sure how it'll be added to the imports though if at all.
