Updated esacontroller extension for latest version of speedcontrol. #7

Just in time for Dreamhack Winter Highlights 2016 I bring updates to this. Nothing makes a man more motivated to work than deadlines and hunger.

This simply updates it to the usage of teams instead of straight up players.
