We've been getting an influx of Japanese users, including a fork that has some Japanese translation already, so would be nice to include this officially. Vue apparently makes this easy with i18n support, so going to look into that.

Added in dev branch, including some documentation on how to add languages. Will put the Japanese translation into it's own issue.

There are some strings the server passes to the client in the Run Modification dialog I would like to be included if possible.

Will close this as I have decided I will do the above stuff with the Run Modification dialog client side, see issue #79.
