Add Japanese localisation #76

There is already a fork that has some Japanese translation already and now I've added support for multiple localisations, this is probably the most important.

Have added what I can from the fork, waiting on help from Japanese users for the missing strings.

Going to remove this from the v2.1.0 milestone for now as I haven't had other people to supply the extra translations yet and will release it with partial translation.

All browser-side strings added in dev branch; need to decide on some other things for the server-side strings that get sent to the client.
