Remove NodeCG specific types #12

Not official, but the NodeCG types should probably be removed in favour of suggesting to users to consume the nodecg-types NPM package.

For NodeCG v2, we can also suggest the new typings being made, currently available at @alvancamp/test-nodecg-types but will move in the near future.

Remove NodeCG types of our own, no reason to update the documentation yet as hopefully it will be in the main NodeCG documentation when v2 is live, and we didn't document our inclusion of it.
