different bases #87

In comparison to kcalc speedcrunch is still lacking one capability: to
quickly change between different bases. Like: 111111110 -> 245 -> FE ,
and so on.

Also, some physical constants like kcalc has them would be nice.

Already implemented in svn. Will be available for 0.8 version.

Hi!

Indeed adding base switching is a must have. That's the only thing that make me
keep kcalc for now as speedcrunch's way of displaying results is far better.

For physical constants (and, maybe some other features), you could use 'units' that
is quite great at convertions :)

I don't know if you know addup 2, but there you can for example use this syntax:

'16 (2'1101011 + 16'FF)

and the result is in hex then.

and for units, you can use:

2 days + 1 month + 4 years -> seconds

and then the result is displayed in seconds
of course: a month, how much is this? which months :) I should check with addup to
know what value they use. but maybe it would be handy to force people to people
provide a date before they can add or subtract days, months, weeks, years, etc.
