Dev Helper Description

Spend some time researching whether some Java applications, libs and other technologies require external technology to work, such as Tomcat.

[ ] Add Java support to installables services.
[ ] Guarantee successfull installation (test case).
[ ] Research to find out if some known Java technologies require external dependencies.
